Nicholas W. is the Managing Director of N P Consultants Limited, a leading construction and consultancy firm based in Montego Bay, Jamaica. With a proven track record across residential, commercial, and hospitality development, Nicholas leads with clarity, precision, and a results-driven mindset that sets the tone for every project.

He holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica, and brings hands-on expertise shaped by years of fieldwork and leadership roles. His professional journey includes:

• Roadway development in Clarendon with General Paving/Asphaltic Concrete, covering the stretch from Soursop Turn to Chapelton

• Supervising the construction of 900 homes—a mix of 2- and 3-bedroom units—for Gore Developments Limited at Montego west village.

• Managing the renovation of 274 rooms at Sandals Grand Ocho Rios

• Leading construction of luxury over water suites at Sandals Royal Caribbean, Montego Bay

Nicholas is deeply involved in every aspect of project execution—from strategic pricing and procurement to regulatory approvals, on-site logistics, and client communication. His reputation for integrity, transparency, and execution excellence has made N P Consultants Limited a trusted name across the island.

From concept to creation, Patneik B. brings technical precision and project leadership to every stage of the build. As managing director of N.P. Consultants Limited with hands on experience in civil and structural engineering, he specializes in delivering high quality infrastructure through careful planning, expert supervision and clear communication.

Earning a degree from the University of Technology, his journey spans roles such as Structural/Civil Engineering Technician at Jatco Consultants, where he inspected and monitored projects and
Clerk Of Works on a major airport runway project, ensuring work met exacting standards. He also serves as Site Engineer, producing detailed AutoCAD drawings to guide successful on-site execution.
